1st Annual Antique & Craft Faire
Located Between 1st and 3rd Street Downtown Cloverdale, Ca

Vendor Arrival / Entry:
We will provide booth locations upon arrival. Each booth will be labeled with cones.
Enter on W Second Street In Downtown Cloverdale
Take the Citrus Fair exit and follow event signs to the Entrance on W. Second Street
Cancellations:
The Faire will be held rain or shine.
No refunds will be given
Setup:
Begins at 7:30 AM.
All booths must be fully set up and show-ready by 10:00 AM.
Vendors must remain within their assigned booth boundaries. Merchandise or boxes may not be placed on sidewalks or against buildings.
Breakdown:
Booths may not be broken down before 3:00 PM.
All items must be removed from the street by 4:00pm , when the City event permit ends.
Vendors must clean up their area and place all trash in provided receptacles. No items may be left behind.
Please follow the instructions of event staff directing traffic and logistics.
Parking:
Free parking is available on nearby streets and in parking garages (except where specifically noted).
No vendor-specific parking is provided.
Vehicles or trailers cannot remain in the event area during the event.
Popup Shade Structures:
Tents and shade structures must fit within your assigned space.
The wind can be strong—all structures must be properly secured and weighted.
Tables & Chairs:
Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.
Electricity:
No electricity will be available.
Generators are not allowed.

Resale Permit — The California State Board of Equalization requires and enforces that all companies, organizations, and individuals making sales have a current and valid California resale permit. No one will be assigned a space at the event without providing a valid resale permit number. To obtain a seller’s permit, visit cdtfa.ca.gov/formspubs/pub111 or call 800.400.7115. It is your responsibility to report and forward all sales tax collected to the State. Anyone with whom you share a booth must also provide this information.
License Fees — City, County, or State license fees are the responsibility of the vendor.
